When to go: Anytime, but wandering through Paris is the best in a warm weather.

You can’t miss the glorious palace of Versailles, which still makes any other chateu in the world look humble. The house of the magnificent painter Claude Monet with famous gardens in Giverny is worth a visit, too.
How much is enough: The most cost-effective months to visit Paris are April, July and August. In this months the price gets to 230 €/night/room for two. If you wish to travel to Paris in May, June or September, expect a higher price. It will decline in autumn again.
When I want something different: If you want to sleep cheaper, try the design Hotel Duquesne Eiffel with a famous view of the Eiffel Tower from your room. The view is perfect from the terrace of the Hotel WO – Wilson Opera as well. The boutique Hôtel Fabric is set to a former factory bulding, the hotel Le Ralis Montmartre can be found in a beautiful part of Paris, near the famous Sacré-Coeur.
If you are a budget traveler, look at the Hôtel du Home Moderne in the centre or the 3-stars Hotel Le Richemont.
